Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt für:

  • die Website vib-hub.com, und
  • die Android-App PSD Profile Calculator, die über den Google Play Store bereitgestellt wird.

3. Datenerfassung in der App „PSD Profile Calculator“

3.1 Offline-Berechnungen

Die App führt ausschließlich technische Berechnungen (z. B. Kräfte, Beschleunigungen, Weg aus PSD-Profilen) lokal auf Ihrem Gerät aus. Es findet keine automatische Übertragung dieser Eingaben an mich oder Dritte statt.

3.2 Keine Konten, keine Registrierung

In der App gibt es:

  • keine Benutzerkonten,
  • keine Registrierung,
  • keine Cloud-Synchronisation.

3.3 Keine Analytics- oder Tracking-Bibliotheken

Die App verwendet keine Tracking- oder Analyse-Dienste wie Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics oder vergleichbare Tools.

3.4 Berechtigungen

Die App benötigt keine speziellen Zugriffsberechtigungen auf Kontakte, Standort, Kamera oder Mikrofon. Dateien (PDF/PNG) werden nur lokal auf dem Gerät erzeugt, wenn Sie aktiv die Export-Funktion nutzen.

4. Datenerfassung beim Besuch der Website

Beim Aufruf dieser Website werden aus technischen Gründen durch den Hosting-Provider (z. B. IONOS) Server-Logfiles erzeugt. Diese können insbesondere folgende Daten enthalten:

  • IP-Adresse des anfragenden Geräts (gekürzt oder pseudonymisiert, je nach Provider-Konfiguration),
  • Datum und Uhrzeit des Abrufs,
  • aufgerufene URL und Referrer-URL,
  • verwendeter Browsertyp und Browserversion,
  • Betriebssystem.

Diese Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse), um die Sicherheit und Stabilität des Serverbetriebs zu gewährleisten. Eine Auswertung zu Marketingzwecken durch mich findet nicht statt.

5. Google Play Store

Die App wird über den Google Play Store bereitgestellt. Beim Download und bei der Nutzung des Play Stores verarbeitet Google eigenverantwortlich Daten (z. B. Google-Konto, Zahlungsdaten, Geräteinformationen). Auf diese Verarbeitung habe ich keinen Einfluss.

6. Kontaktaufnahme

Wenn Sie mich per E-Mail kontaktieren, werden Ihre Angaben (E-Mail-Adresse, Inhalt der Nachricht, ggf. Name) zur Bearbeitung der Anfrage gespeichert. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertrag/Anbahnung) oder lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse).

7. Rechtsgrundlagen und Speicherdauer

Personenbezogene Daten werden nur verarbeitet, soweit dies erforderlich ist und eine Rechtsgrundlage nach Art. 6 DSGVO vorliegt. Daten werden gelöscht, sobald der Zweck der Verarbeitung entfällt und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.

Sie haben im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben insbesondere folgende Rechte:

Ich kann diese Datenschutzerklärung bei Bedarf anpassen, z. B. wenn sich die App-Funktionalität oder gesetzliche Vorgaben ändern. Es gilt stets die hier veröffentlichte, aktuelle Version.

This privacy notice applies to:

  • the Android app PSD Profile Calculator distributed via Google Play.

3. Data processed in the app “PSD Profile Calculator”

3.1 Offline calculations

The app performs technical calculations (e.g. forces, accelerations, displacement from PSD profiles) locally on your device only. Your input data is not automatically transmitted to me or third parties.

3.2 No accounts, no registration

The app provides:

  • no user accounts,
  • no registration,
  • no cloud synchronisation.

3.3 No analytics or tracking libraries

The app does not use tracking or analytics services such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics or similar tools.

3.4 Permissions

The app does not require access to contacts, location, camera or microphone. Files (PDF/PNG) are generated locally only when you explicitly use the export functionality.

4. Data collected when visiting this website

When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits certain data and the hosting provider (e.g. IONOS) may store them in server log files, such as:

  • IP address of the requesting device (shortened or pseudonymised depending on provider settings),
  • date and time of access,
  • requested URL and referrer URL,
  • browser type and version,
  • operating system.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests) to ensure secure operation of the server. There is no evaluation for marketing purposes by me.

5. Google Play Store

The app is distributed via the Google Play Store. When downloading or using the Play Store, Google processes data under its own responsibility (e.g. Google account, payment data, device information). I have no influence on this processing.

6. Contact

If you contact me by email, your message (email address, content, and, where applicable, your name) will be stored to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

7. Legal basis and storage period

Personal data are only processed where necessary and where a legal basis under Art. 6 GDPR applies. Data are deleted once the purpose of processing has ceased and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You have, within the limits of applicable law, in particular the right to:

  • rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),

3. Zpracování údajů v aplikaci „PSD Profile Calculator“

3.1 Offline výpočty

Aplikace provádí technické výpočty (např. síly, zrychlení, zdvih z PSD profilů) pouze lokálně ve vašem zařízení. Vstupní data nejsou automaticky odesílána mně ani třetím stranám.

3.2 Bez účtů a registrace

Aplikace neobsahuje:

  • uživatelské účty,
  • registraci,
  • cloudovou synchronizaci.

3.3 Bez analytických a tracking nástrojů

Aplikace nepoužívá nástroje pro sledování nebo analytiku, jako je Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics apod.

3.4 Oprávnění

Aplikace nevyžaduje přístup ke kontaktům, poloze, kameře ani mikrofonu. Soubory (PDF/PNG) se generují pouze lokálně, pokud výslovně použijete funkci exportu.

4. Údaje při návštěvě webu

Při návštěvě tohoto webu váš prohlížeč automaticky odesílá určité informace a hostingový poskytovatel (např. IONOS) může ukládat tzv. serverové logy, např.:

  • IP adresa (zkrácená nebo pseudonymizovaná, dle nastavení poskytovatele),
  • datum a čas přístupu,
  • navštívená URL a referer,
  • typ a verze prohlížeče,
  • operační systém.

Zpracování probíhá na základě čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. f GDPR (oprávněný zájem) za účelem zajištění bezpečného provozu serveru. Já osobně data nevyhodnocuji pro marketingové účely.

5. Google Play Store

Aplikace je distribuována prostřednictvím Google Play Store. Při stahování a používání Google Play zpracovává Google údaje ve vlastní odpovědnosti (např. Google účet, platební údaje, informace o zařízení). Na toto zpracování nemám vliv.

6. Kontakt

Pokud mě kontaktujete e-mailem, budou vaše údaje (e-mailová adresa, obsah zprávy, případně jméno) uloženy za účelem vyřízení dotazu. Právním základem je čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. b GDPR (smlouva / předsmluvní opatření) nebo písm. f GDPR (oprávněný zájem).

7. Právní základ a doba uchování

Osobní údaje jsou zpracovávány pouze v nezbytném rozsahu a na základě právního důvodu dle čl. 6 GDPR. Údaje jsou smazány, jakmile odpadne účel zpracování a nebrání tomu zákonné archivační povinnosti.

8. Vaše práva

V rámci platné legislativy máte zejména právo na:

  • přístup k údajům (čl. 15 GDPR),
  • opravu (čl. 16 GDPR),
  • výmaz (čl. 17 GDPR),
  • omezení zpracování (čl. 18 GDPR),
  • přenositelnost údajů (čl. 20 GDPR),
  • námitku proti určitému zpracování (čl. 21 GDPR).

Máte také právo podat stížnost u dozorového úřadu, pokud se domníváte, že zpracování vašich osobních údajů porušuje předpisy na ochranu osobních údajů.
